General Shipping Information

PourVibe partners with Printify for order fulfillment. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout, as we are unable to validate addresses. Errors in address details may result in delays or undelivered packages, and we cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

 

  • Processing time: 2-7 business days

  • Standard shipping time: Varies by destination, typically 5-20 business days

  • Express shipping (if available): Varies by carrier

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

PO Box Deliveries

  • United States: PO box delivery is allowed.

  • Other Countries: PO box delivery is not recommended and may result in delays or non-delivery.

  • Express shipping does not support PO boxes.

If you choose to use a PO box outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk. We cannot guarantee successful delivery or offer refunds for undelivered items.

Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.
PO boxes come in various sizes, so it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered product will fit in their PO box. The largest available box measures 12" x 22.5", so products exceeding these dimensions cannot be shipped to a PO box.


PO box addresses are not supported by Express Delivery for both orders imported from sales channels and manual orders. If a customer submits an order with Express Delivery and enters a PO box address, it will be imported as a standard order in Printify.


The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:
First name: John (matching the name on the box)
Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
Address 1: PO Box 1776
Zip code: 28034
City: Dallas
Country: United States

 

International Shipping & Customs

Certain countries have additional shipping requirements that must be met for successful delivery. Failure to include the required details may cause customs delays, returned shipments, or even package destruction. PourVibe is not responsible for customs-related issues, so please review the shipping rules for your country before placing an order.

 

Country-Specific Shipping Requirements

 

Requirements for home delivery  

For a successful home delivery, the following should be provided:

  1. Recipient’s full name (first and last name, matching the name on the apartment building)
  2. Street address and house number
  3. Apartment number (if applicable)
  4. Floor number (optional)
  5. Zip code
  6. Country

 

Germany

- Full name must match the apartment building listing.
- Business addresses must include the registered business name.
- PO boxes are not supported.
- Packstation & Paketfiliale deliveries require a postal number and an activated DHL account.

 

South Korea

- International orders require a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).
- Enter the PCCC in "Address 2".
- Failure to include the PCCC may lead to customs holds or rejected shipments.

     

    Shipping Delays & Customs Fees

    • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

    • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.

    • PourVibe is not responsible for customs rejections, delays, or extra fees imposed by local authorities.

     

    Returns Due to Incorrect Address

    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.

    • If the package is deemed undeliverable and is not returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

     

    Lost or Damaged Orders

    If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect.
