At POURVIBE, our products are made to order and uniquely made after each purchase. That means each item is one-of-a-kind! Because of this custom production process, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged items or manufacturing defects. We don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.

Please double-check those details before ordering. If you’re unsure, reach out with any questions in advance.! We’re happy to help. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, no worries, we’ve got you and happy to offer a free exchange or full refund.  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the CONTACT” form, and include a clear photo of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

 

Order cancellations and or modifications must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of order placement. After that time has elapsed, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please refer to those policies for more details.
